Congratulations on the upcoming birth of your baby!
We are honored that you are considering us for the pediatric care of your child. One of the biggest changes of your life is about to arrive and we are so delighted to partake in this adventure with you! As your due date approaches, please feel free to schedule a time to come in and get to know us. We would be happy to meet you and answer any questions you might have.
After your baby is born, be sure to call your insurance carrier to get your baby on your insurance plan and specify which doctor will be the primary care physician. Most insurance companies allow 30 days to add your baby to the plan. This will ensure that you don’t have to cover any extra expenses yourself.

Welcome to our family! We are delighted that you have chosen us to help care for your child.
Before your first appointment, be sure to call your insurance carrier and specify which doctor will be the primary care physician for your child. This will facilitate payments and ensure that you don’t have to pay any extra expenses yourself.
Please bring your child’s previous immunization record, growth chart and any relevant prior records, along with your insurance card. Try to arrive 10-15 minutes early for your first appointment so that you can fill out some informational paperwork.
